Chantal and Nuray attended the Health Awareness Day in Hitching organised by North Herts Minority Ethnic Form on 3rd June 2011.
A variety of organisations attended providing a range of activities such as exercise demonstrations from Zumba instructors, First Aid for children, Information Stalls, Blood Pressure tests, and lots of Children's activities and lunch.
A competition was held for attendees who signed up as a LINk member on the day. One lucky new member received a Herts LINk Dr USB.
