The following Practices in Dacorum do not currently have a Patient Reference Group:

-The Nap
-West Herts Medical Centre

The LINK District Representative for Dacorum is Mike Moore. A District Representative represents their community views at Health and Social Care related committees and meetings. Mike is interested in hearing from you if you have any feedback on services in Dacorum.
