The aims of the LINk monitoring visits is, on behalf of the public and patients, to provide an informed lay view of the quality and scope of health and adult social care services provided for the residents of Hertfordshire by NHS Trusts and Hertfordshire County Council, or by their commissioned providers, and to make recommendations for their improvement from the service user and general public perspective.
